There comes a point in every smokers life when they realize, I just don't want to do this anymore.

Mine came about a month ago and since then I've been trying a new pass-time - "Vaping" ...

I'm so so SOOOO happy to not be smoking analog (real cigarettes) any longer.  I feel soooo much better.  But vaping hasn't been without a few challenges either ... the equipment, juices, and getting the right technique down. I'm pretty close to finding the right nicotine level (surprisingly, the lowest dose) and my set up is almost complete. It's coming along, mercifully.

And one of the best things about vaping?  ...

No more of this shit ...

I miss your ...

Sweet. sweet face ... your snorts and snuffles... your licks and naughty tricks ... your paws, your cuddles, your kisses.  I miss you so terribly - my little bubbie - and my life will never be the same without you.

When She Smiles

I've never been an ardent Marilyn Monroe follower - she's always eerily reminded me way too much of my mother.

But this Chet Baker track was sent to me by a friend and serves as a nice soundtrack to some incredibly stunning photos of her. She really, really was lovely. Particularly when she wasn't heavily made up. And it features her wearing one of my favourite dresses.
